"$80,000 Profit From One Small Deal -

Krystine's lease buy deal shows a total $80,000 net profit at 12 months. The property, purchased in Caboolture, was bought under market value in July for $145,000. This house produces free monthly cash flow of $546 now, plus a wash up contract profit of $74,412 in 12 months, when the intending buyer qualifies for his bank finance. Total net gain over 12 months - $80,964. Krystine has been a member of Cash Flow Programs for 2 years. She learned how to do these deals as a result of enrolling in our training programs.

Paul found a buyer (using our proven techniques). The buyer subsequently found a great house (with lots of upside) in Kipparing. Paul bought the house for his buyer. Paul did nothing to the house - the intending buyer took on the responsibility to renovate it. The intending buyer shares in the capital growth whilst he gets his financial house in order (in preparation for bank finance). In the meantime Paul enjoys $487 NET cash flow per month (compare that with negative gearing garbage), plus a net capital profit of $55,229 at 3 years.
