The property, purchased in Caboolture, was bought under market value in
July for $145,000. This house produces free monthly cash flow of $546
now, plus a wash up contract profit of $74,412 in 12 months, when the
intending buyer qualifies for his bank finance. Total net gain over 12

Paul found a buyer (using our proven techniques). The buyer subsequently
found a great house (with lots of upside) in Kipparing. Paul bought the
